Do you frequently host home games or frequently go to home games. What are biggest mistake you have made while hosting a home poker game, or the mistakes you have spotted in home games. One of my biggest mistakes was inviting too many players for one table. It not only slowed the game but also it felt crowded and noisy.

I think the biggest mistakes are unclear house rules, stakes that are too high, and taking the game too seriously. A home game is usually at its best when everyone knows the rules, feels comfortable, and is there to enjoy the evening together.
