There are so many myths about online poker games but when I think of my favorite ones, it's going to be that online poker games are rigged and poker sites deal cards in specific patterns that ensure bad beats for the players.

If you're playing online poker games, which myths about it have been your favorite?

That's my least favorite thing about online poker. I wish there wasn't a crazy history in poker that makes the industry this way.

You need to be careful where you put your money online. It's a reason why I dont play all sites, because I want to play poker where my money is safe, and where they have the utmost player integrity.

Someone once told me that winnings gotten from online poker is mostly never used for something good. I laughed. Wouldn't that depend on the person who won?

Personally, I've really heard some crazy ones, but my favorite is that online poker sites control who wins and loses.

Honestly, i believe that most online poker is rigged. Am skeptic about online poker. Though, i don't have any evidence or solid proof but i have a very negative feelings towards online poker games.

there have been "superuser" accounts on some sites in the past but i dont think online poker is rigged in general, it may feel like it at times but you have a choice on every street to play/beat the game, just because you have AA dont mean you go all in every hand and win, this is why we love poker. well for me anyway. collusion on the felt would be more of an issue than sites "choosing" winning players imo

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
