Quick calls, long pauses, and delayed actions are often interpreted as clues, but they can also be distractions or multitasking behavior. How reliable are timing patterns in your experience? Have you ever been misled by them into making costly decisions?

There night be vaeious reasons. A player might be multitasking, dealing with internet lag, using preset buttons, or simply thinking about another table. It’s easy to assign meaning to timing when the real explanation has nothing to do with hand strength.

Timing tell online can deceive you badly. One time I folded strong hand because one guy paused for almost one minute before raising. I thought he was acting weak intentionally, but he was not. Network issue was also disturbing and nearly ruined my session that night.

I’ve misread timing stuff plenty of times because people are multitasking or distracted. I just tag players who act oddly and wait for patterns instead of reacting to one slow or fast click.

Life is like a game of poker: it is not about what cards you are dealt, but how you play them.
