What is the best traditional food you enjoy?

There are many traditional food you can actually consume. This depends on your local cuisine. I really like chapli kebab and chicken Tikka. I also love kat a kat as well. So, what kind of traditional food and cuisine do you like the most?

Jamaican beef patties. I usually always get a box when I goto the grocery story.

Give me good pounded yam and egusi soup any day. All these foreign dishes are fine but nothing beats home food. I traveled once and after two days, I was already craving for proper soup.

I like various traditional foods such as chapli kebab and Kat a Kat. These two are my favourite traditional, local dishes that I would eat any day. Unfortunately, both of these dishes are quite expensive as well.
