What's your opinion on what an appropriate bankroll should be? I have heard some poker players say it's supposed to be at least 30 buyins while some other players say it's supposed to be between 50 buyins to 100 buyins.

Which one would you consider to be the appropriate bankroll for someone who's playing for hobby in low stakes?

I don't think your bankroll should be more than you can afford to lose. And like @Baswe I don't play for money.

200 buyins for optimal play. I know people say itsxtoo much and for many it's unrealistic but it is optimal.

200? 😱 That's some next level oppression right there for someone like me who wouldn't even dream of it.

Everyone knows that there is always a question about what kind of bankroll is the best for poker. To a casual poker player like me, i do not require a significant investment, about 30-50 buy-ins is a sound starting capital.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
