What constitutes your worst losing poker run? My losing streak lost me a total of 5 poker sessions straight without ever recovering. But I gained experience of handling my funds properly alongside emotional response during that timeframe. How about you? How long have you remained in a losing streak?

Playing only tournaments, variance can be a little crazy. Losing streaks can last 10+ buy-ins. I always take a break if I lose a few buy-ins in a row. I try not to play whenever I start to get frustrated. It's important to be refreshed when I grind. Breaks are good.

I had a similar losing streak once, where I lost four poker sessions in a row, and it was tough. I ended up getting frustrated and playing on tilt, which only made things worse. I learned a lot about managing my bankroll during that time. It’s not just about playing smart but also about keeping emotions in check. After that, I decided to take a break and tried something lighter, like the barbarossa slot, just to reset. It wasn’t about winning big but about regaining my confidence and control. After some time, I got back to poker with a clearer head, and the streak eventually turned around.

You should consider quitting playing poker because this losing streak is a big record to break.

If I lose 3x in a row, I will stop playing for the day.

10 plus is far too much. I will stop playing if i reach five losing streak. It is definitely a sign that luck is not on my side.

Wouldn't go more than 2 or 3 losses to figure out I need to pull out for the day.

Im not a high stakes poker player but enjoy playing and cash games here and there. But for me, If I am going to play, I like to be well rested and if I start losing tournaments but play well, I don't feel so bad but I have went a couple weeks without winning before.

I've had a very tough moment during my longest losing streak. It was pretty bad but I'm happy that I learned a lot from it. Criticism works for me at that moment because it made me review my play style and I became better afterwards.

I used to play nickel dime quarter poker where the most you could usually win is like $30. I only remember losing streaks lasting maybe 2-3 nights but knowing when to hold and when to fold is important.

It's still going on, when I get to the end.... I'll post it

When patience runs out, stupid moves begin. It's better not to play at all.

To be honest, it can be so difficult to endure losing streaks but when you play poker, it's necessary to be patient, maybe taking a break or reassessing your strategy could help you turn things around.
