Chasing losses usually gets you trapped in a dangerous path of reckless betting. Once emotions take over, you can hardly resist the temptation of trying to get back from your losses. Usually, this leads to even greater losses even when already at a great loss. A better method will be holding back, rethinking, and adhering to a better betting plan or even taking a break.

I do not, but I use too. I have my occasional slip ups, but nothing that destroys my bankroll. I also don't gamble/bet on much outside of poker.

"Yeah, chasing losses is like pouring gas on a fire—been there, done that, regretted it. I’ve learned it’s way better to step back, chill for a bit, and come back with a clear head and a solid plan. Gotta keep the game fun and not let emotions take the wheel."

In the past, I was one of those who would chase losses, but I have learned from experience. Now what I have is so much emotional control and discipline. I would definitely lose a bet and keep it to myself. Chasing losses would only result in a cycle of losses.

I use martingale strategy to chase my losses. Though i only chase losses with a better odds than the intial odds. If the odd is less than the intial odds, it doesn't make sergnse and there is no need to chase the loss

I have never chased losses when I lose a bet. My mindset is that when once I stake, the money is gone. I detach my mind from the amount I use to stake and the potential win. That helps me to completely get avoid chasing losses in gambling.
