The FIFA World Cup 2026 is just 3 weeks away now, and I know many are excited to have the World Cup back on their screens. I know I am!

With the World Cup, though, comes supporting your team, and for each of us, that answer will be different.

I will be supporting England, as I do each World Cup, but I am nervous about us having a new manager for this tournament.

Who will you be supporting in the FIFA World Cup 2026?

I don't watch soccer, so I won't be rooting for any team, tbh.

Ever since I started watching FIFA world cup, I have always rooted for Argentina. When I started watching football Maradona had already retired but he was a talk of the town. I started following Argentina for Maradona, and now I follow it for Messi.

I always stand for Argentina and Brazil but since I don't watch football often this year I will go for Argentina as often

Maradona was ahead of my time, I saw him only on recorded match. I started watching Footbal when Messi was already limelight and since then I became a fan of Argentina.

I used to watch soccer when my pops alive, tbh. But since he is no around, I stopped watching it. He used to root for
Benfica. That was his favorite team. He was a die hard Beneficia fan. His family is too.

We would watch the games together all the time, the games aren't the same anymore, so I don't watch them.

I like Barcelona and Manchester United but I don't watch professional football much. I like to watch World Cup and Euro Cup, sometimes Copa America. Football (or soccer, as it is called in the US), isn't popular in the United States, but the national teams, especially women team are pretty good. They have won FIFA World Cup 4 times.

Team USA, though I doubt we'll make it far this year.

My head is supporting France to win the world Cup because it has everything it takes to win it. My heart is supporting Portugal because I want my idol to win it. Any of the two teams that wins, I am fine.

Canada. Even though we're considered longshots, our team is making history by advancing to the Round of 32. It's exciting to see how far they've come, and anything can happen once you reach the knockout stage.

It seems like there is a big psychological boost for Canada playing in this tournament as hosts. They have performed so well, even beyond expectations. I see them going really far in the tournament. N

Maybe brazil because world cup is somehow not complete without their flair, but i still keep my eye on one or two underdogs because surprises is what actually make the competition more interesting.

Argentina has been doing exceptionally well this season. They play against Egypt tonight. I am once again crossing my fingers for Argentina.

I was actually supporting Portugal until they were knocked out because of the selfishness of some players like Bruno Fernandes in the team. Right now, I'm supporting England to win it. I hope they eliminate Argentina tomorrow.

Ditto

I am glad that it didn't happen. 😜
