Online gambling removes travel, social pressure, and even time awareness. Some players end up betting longer and faster on apps than they ever would in person. Does convenience make self-control harder? What changes in your behavior when gambling from home compared to sitting at a real table?

That's because you can use apps when ever you want, where ever you are. Convenience is one reason why a lot of people like gambling apps or even websites as compared to going to a physical casino.

Online gambling is more dangerous because everything is too easy. You don't need to dress up, drive anywhere, it's just you, your phone and one button. before you know it, two hours has gone. i notice that it's easier to keep saying "just one more bet" if you are in your home meanwhile time is flying.

I think it's because gambling apps are always within reach. You can open them in seconds, play anytime, and there's very little effort involved. In a casino, you have to make a deliberate trip, while apps remove that barrier and make it much easier to keep playing without thinking about it.
