Why Does Israel Play From Europe

If you look at the world map, you will find Israel in Asia, actually Israelite are not white Europeans but interestingly Israel plays European football and participates in FIFA qualifiers from Europe., Interestingly, Israel has also played as an Asian nation in Asia cup as well as participated in World Cup as an Asian nation. Why do you think Israel play as a European nation?

FIFA decided to join Isreal with European countries because of Middle east unending crisis. The crisis in Middle east is so tense that those Islamic countries will never agree to play with Israel even on a neutral ground! A football match can be considered as a war by other means! The conflict there is too deep that simple interrelationship is not possible.

Israel was a founding member of the Asian football confederation. They were expelled because the middle east countries didn't like them. UEFA welcomed them and they have been fine since then. Israel clubs are doing well in UEFA competitions.

That is a good question. In my opinion, the involvement of Israel in European football is mostly caused by the geopolitical status of the country and relations with the states close to them.
