Arne Slot have been one of the worst manager this season in the English Premier League. Liverpool have under performed badly this season and it's all because of his tactics. Any other EPL club would have sacked him by now but Liverpool board haven't.

Why does he still have a job when he's very bad?

I heard the club is looking at the managers that are available in the market. Somebody like Alonso won't mind taking up the job, but he needs to be convinced about the role by the board. That is a part that I believe has contributed to the board not sacking Slot yet.

I think the club is holding out to see the outcome of their their quarter final match in the UEFA Champions League against PSG. He might be sacked if Liverpool is eliminated.

If he is sscked, who do you think would agree to take the role at this time of the season?

Sacking coach is not always the solution. Sometimes it's the player or system issue. If you are changing manager every season, how is the team going to be stable. Liverpool board see something the fans doesn't see.

I think it would be unfair to sack Slot this season after he won a premier league title for the club last season in his debut season. I think that is what Liverpool board are considering. I don't think he would survive next season if he continues this poor form.
