Sleep or rest before a game is 100% good for yourselfI've fallen asleep while playing online poker before. I think you need to be well rested in order to have ultimate focus.
How important is rest/sleep before playing poker?
I think I was up for 2-3 days, and it's happened to me more than once lol. Usually I play freerolls when I'm tired, but I've also had it happen in buy-ins.Rest is truly important, but I'm surprised you slept off while playing poker. You must have been very tired. I'm not sure it is something that can happen to me though. I can't afford to fall asleep when funds are at stake.
I think you are are more lucky than luck. I think this is the latest passive income I should give a try. Lol.I think I was up for 2-3 days, and it's happened to me more than once lol. Usually I play freerolls when I'm tired, but I've also had it happen in buy-ins.
I've cashed in a tourney after I passed out, and returned seeing that I made money.
It is also important to have a break before playing poker since fatigue may directly affect your decision making ability. Poker needs attention, planning and thinking.Poker is not a game that you enter with any kind of fatigue. You have to constantly analyze situations and make sound decisions. That's the very reason you need to rest and declutter your mind before stepping into a game of poker.
