How do offline sports bet shops prevent underage gambling?

Under-age gambling is illegal by the laws of many countries. Anyone gambling platform that allows people that are under the legal gambling age would be severely punished by government.

With that in mind, how do sports bet shops operating offline prevent people that are not up to age from participating to bet in their shops?
 
Offline physical sports betting stores can help to stop child gambling by using the government IDs, setting limits on age and posting legal age signs.

In some countries like UK and Nigeria i have seen underage children that are gambling in the betting shops. It is becoming rampant in countries that are deeply corrupt and materialistic in nature. Such kind of mess can never happen in China.
