Table image plays a role in both live and online poker, but does it have a greater impact in one format than the other?

I think table image matters far more in live poker. Online, people are multitabling, distracted or relying on stats. Live games are different because everybody is watching everything. In live settings, people create stories about you very quickly. That's why you need to pay more attention to image there.

Players who focus heavily on stats are often easier to bluff because they're typically tighter players who wait for strong starting hands before getting involved in a pot.

I don’t see it much in live games as I do online games.A player table image can change per game per table. It’s what you project at the time. I don’t see it as a standard image. I see it as a camouflage is it differently per game per players at the table they’re not always the same..

Most players tend to play the same way online and rarely break out of those habits, at least from what I've noticed.
