    Foucs on the word "strong". You have a lot of really nice people in your community but they have largely relied on the kindness (looking at you Stock Poker!) of others to pay their way. Create a great product and draw in a great community through your, extrmely dideicated, hard work. Elbows up!

    Advertise 1 specific game with an unrealistic guarantee to reach. Like a $5 rebuy with a $250 prize pool or a $10 rebuy with a $500 prize pool. Have a comminity space like a stream or a Disocrd chat channel where people can win prizes and entires. Make some of the prizes for the following day...

    Anyone going broke probably has a game selection issue. Even bad players can stretch a small bankroll pretty far if they're in the correct games.

    Congrats! I won 3 tournaments last night. Each of them paid out more than these two combined. I miss the days when Stock Poker ran 4 nightly rebuy games each with a minimum $5 entry. Hope everyone here in the forums is having a terrific summer!

    Do you ever break your bankroll rules? Be honest

    You should have intermittently scheduled " shot takes " in your BR management. Say once a month find a game within the structure thst suits you best and play larger. This gives you something to look forward to and a "reward" for your good behavior. It keeps me in line the rest of the time.
