Advertise 1 specific game with an unrealistic guarantee to reach. Like a $5 rebuy with a $250 prize pool or a $10 rebuy with a $500 prize pool.

Have a comminity space like a stream or a Disocrd chat channel where people can win prizes and entires. Make some of the prizes for the following day to draw poeple to the site day 2.

Offer anyone who enters a "Main Event" a ticket to an exclusive freebuy at the end of the first week.

Offer "rake free" cash games on opening day. Then offer 50% rakeback for week 1 cash games. Offer a weekly cash game leaderboard with all of the cash game rake going to leaderboard payouts (first week only).

I'd only advertise tournaments with an unrealistic guarantee if I already had the funds set aside to cover any overlay. To help get things rolling, I'll be paying for ticket freerolls out of my own pocket, and I may also run a launch-day freeroll.

Security is a top priority, but we're still in the early testing phase, so the focus right now is on making sure everything works as intended before launch.
