Even simple activities like replying to a message or making a phone call can feel overwhelming when mental energy is low. Which tasks feel heavier for you? What helps reduce the pressure to complete them?

When I repeatedly do the same tasks, yes, it can become mentally draining.

Same here doing the same task again and again. I'm like what the heck. As I wouldn't want to do such task for a very long time

Sometimes even replying to a simple WhatsApp message can feel like climbing a mountain. When my brain is tired from work or stress, small tasks that I should have finished would just pile up. It could checking emails or just making a phone call.

Sometimes, When I get multiple texts from different people at the same time, it tends to overwhelm me. I don't like that. It gets very annoying and exhausting.

I tend to throw my phone on airplane mode when that happens, especially when I'm in the middle of doing something.

Also, sometimes when I repeatedly do the same things all the time, it gets tiring. I have to do other things so it's not heavy.
